What We Do

Delivering Impact

Empowering Communities Through Media

We believe that professional media production is a powerful catalyst for social change. Since 2007, our mission has been to amplify the voices of the marginalized and promote inclusive development across Ethiopia.

Key Areas of Work

We specialize in high-impact media production and social development communication.

Radio and TV Program Production

We produce and broadcast high-quality programs through national and regional platforms like Bisrat FM 101.1 and the Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation (EBC).

Documentary Production

Our team utilizes professional DSLR and video equipment to create compelling documentaries that address vital social issues.

Media Advocacy Campaigns

We design and implement strategic campaigns to raise public awareness and influence policy regarding social inclusion.

Disability Inclusion Awareness

We are recognized leaders in producing media that promotes the rights, participation, and voices of persons with disabilities.

Youth Empowerment Programming

We develop content specifically focused on youth leadership and empowering the next generation of Ethiopian leaders.

Public Dialogue and Roundtable Discussions

We facilitate essential conversations and community engagement through structured media forums and discussions.

Social Development Communication

In collaboration with international partners, we communicate development goals to a nationwide audience.

Experience & Strategic Partnerships

Our impact is amplified through long-standing collaborations with national and international organizations. These partnerships allow us to implement specialized projects that drive real-world change:

We work with global agencies such as USAID, the International Labour Organization (ILO), Christian Blind Mission (CBM), and Plan International to deliver social development communication

We partner with the Ethiopian Center for Disability and Development (ECDD), the Federation of Ethiopian Associations of Persons with Disabilities (FEAPD), and the Ethiopian Women Lawyers Association (EWLA) to champion social justice.

We coordinate with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the U.S. Embassy Addis Ababa to support education and advocacy initiatives.
